Jack LaLanne (the original fitness guru) recently passed away at age 93 (he looked and acted more like a man in his 50’s). How would you like to go out like a candle at 93 still happy and productive. (5) The domino effects of regular exercise are mind boggling – boosting I.Q, lowering blood pressure, increasing immune function (fewer colds, flu’s, etc.), balancing mood swings, slowing down the aging process, reducing the risk of chronic diseases including cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, helping insomnia, building bone strength, relieving pain, and on and on.
